Three photographs before any second send

If chips never arrived
Trace like any missing credit: one reference, one ticket, starred host. Do not complete the number with a second hop that turns ₱5,000 into ₱5,500 and two unexplained rows.
A larger second send, a Maya patch, or a different 7bet spelling are how lookalike cashiers collect extra peso while the first debit is still posting.
If chips arrived high
The extra chips are still your peso. Do not blow them on live dealer because you are upset. Cash the extra out on the same rail if KYC is accepted and the cash-out floor allows it, and leave a remainder you still understand.
A bonus attached to the wrong amount may lock the extra behind wagering. Read that meter on the starred host before you play the mistake down as if it were tonight’s ₱500 cap.
Do not treat the error as a new bankroll
